✈︎ Greetings from Ginny the Nomad
ExpansionKit
The step-by-step system I use to run three businesses with AI, so you can spend your time on the work only you can do.
Welcomethis is a mindset shift
This course is designed for founders who already have leads and income coming in and are ready to take it to the next level. (If you’re earlier in your journey, you’ll still get a lot out of it. You’ll just be building your systems before you need them.)
Maybe you’re ready to grow but not ready to hire. Instead of adding expenses by hiring people or subscribing to more software, you can build tools made just for you that follow up with leads, answer your emails, and track all your marketing efforts.
You don’t need to know how to code or be a tech expert. We’ll walk through everything together.
We’re going to build the tools, not just learn about AI. You’ll finish with a whole new mindset and real excitement about what’s possible. You’ll have more time for the things only you can do, like strategy and creativity, and more time for yourself instead of losing it to boring tasks.
By the end, you’ll catch yourself thinking “Claude can do that” about things that used to take whole afternoons, or that you’ve been putting off for weeks or even months.
The build cycleevery build, four steps
We’ll be following the same cycle that tech companies use to create apps and software: start small, test it, go live, then improve it. You’ll use it every time you create something, whether it’s a single form or a full email system.
Start with an MVP (Minimum Viable Product), aka the smallest version of your idea that actually works. When you have an idea for a tool, resist the urge to create everything at once. Start with one web page, one automatic email, or one automatic text.
- Build your MVPCreate the simplest version that works. One form, one email, one text.
- TestUse it like a real customer would. Click everything. Try to break it.
- LaunchTurn it on for real people.
- Monitor and improveWatch how it performs, then use what you learn to make it better.
Why start small? You get value right away, and you don’t waste weeks building something nobody uses.
What you'll buildone lead system, one area at a time
By the end you'll have a small system of your own that runs while you live your life. We build it one area at a time, and each part works on its own, so you can stop at any point and still have something useful.

In the Expansion Kit: the build 🔒
- BasicsWhat Claude can do for you, and your rules, so every build goes smoothly.
- WebsiteYour own site on your own domain, that you update with one sentence.
- FormAn application, booking or sign-up form that emails you every answer, confirms to the person and fills your sheet.
- EmailAutomatic emails from your own domain, for pennies.
- Follow-upTexts, DMs and emails that go out on time, so nobody slips through.
- SocialContent in your own voice, a daily "post today" prompt and reply drafts.
- AdsMeta ads that send people to your form, with a daily check on how they're doing.
- BriefOne email each morning with everything that needs you.
Already have some of these? Your answers in the business check-in tailor each one: move what you have over to Claude, or build it from scratch. You can switch at the top of any module.
How to go through itone part at a time
The whole course takes about 8 hours. Each module is split into short parts.
- Module 1: your business check-in. Tap through a few lists and get your own plan for the course.
- Modules 2 to 5: set up your AI. Install Claude, learn your way around, build your daily brief and give it your rules.
- Modules 6 to 12: build your lead system, one area at a time. Website, form, email, follow-up, social media, ads, and your daily brief, finished. Each follows the build cycle: MVP, test, launch, improve.
Get set up10 minutes, once
- Go to claude.com/download on your computer.
- Pick Mac or Windows and open the file that downloads.
- On a Mac, drag the Claude icon into your Applications folder, then open it from there.
- Sign in with your Google account or email. Use the email you want your business to run on.
- Get the phone app too: search "Claude by Anthropic" in the App Store or Google Play and sign in with the same account.
- Add the Claude in Chrome extension to your Chrome browser (search "Claude" in the Chrome Web Store).
Pick a planstart small, scale for big months
There are limits to Claude. You can’t just use it unlimitedly. Pro should be great for now, if Claude runs on a subscription, and every plan comes with a usage limit. A usage limit is how much you can use Claude in a set window of time, like the data on a phone plan. Quick questions barely register. Long conversations and big builds use more. When you hit your limit, Claude pauses until it resets, then you pick back up. Max plans also have weekly limits that reset seven days after your session starts.
The course includes usage-saving strategies so you can stay on Pro for as long as possible.

How to subscribe
- In the Claude app, click your name in the bottom-left corner.
- Click Upgrade plan (or Settings → Billing) and choose Pro, monthly.
- On the same Billing page, check that extra-usage auto-reload is off.
Connect your appsso Claude works inside them
Connectors plug Claude into the apps you already use. Once Gmail is connected, Claude can find an email, draft a reply or pull a receipt without you copy-pasting anything.
Start with these
- Gmail: find emails, draft replies, pull receipts
- Google Calendar: see your day, find free time, add deadlines
- Google Drive: read your docs and sheets
- Optional: Notion, Canva, Google Sheets, whatever you use every day
How to connect one
- In the Claude app, click your name (bottom-left) → Settings → Connectors.
- Find Gmail and click Connect.
- Sign in with the Google account your business runs on and click Allow.
- Do the same for Google Calendar and Google Drive.
Using my Gmail and Calendar: what's on my calendar tomorrow, and which emails from this week still need a reply? Don't send anything.
Safety: Claude drafts, you send. Tell it "never send without my yes" (that's one of your rules in Module 5).

Chat vs Code
Don't let the name scare you. You never write code. You type in plain words, like any chat, and Claude does the technical part. Everything in this course is built in Code.
Every featurewhat it is, where it lives, what to try
Go down the list with the app open next to you. Each one has a short clip of where it is on screen.
- Clip comingChat and CodeWhere: the switch at the top of the app
Same Claude in both. Chat talks. Code also works on your computer: folders, files, your website, a browser. Build everything in Code.
Try: open Code and say hi.
- Clip comingNew chat / new sessionWhere: top of the left sidebar
One task per chat. Short chats are faster and use less of your plan.
Try: start a new session for each thing you build.
- Clip comingPick a folderWhere: the folder name just above the message box, when you start a new session in Code
A normal folder on your computer, the kind you see in Finder. It holds the work for one business: your website, email templates, notes. A chat starts in the folder you pick. To use files from anywhere else, add another folder or say yes when Claude asks.
Give each business its own folder, and check the folder name before your first message. If you don't pick one, Claude uses the last folder you used.
Try: in Finder, open Documents and make a folder called "my business". Then start a new session in Code, click the folder name above the message box and choose it.
- Clip comingSidebar groupsWhere: the sections you can open and close in the left sidebar
Groups only sort your chat list, like labels. They aren't folders and don't hold files, so moving a chat to another group doesn't change which folder it works in. For example: multiple businesses, project areas, etc.
- Clip comingThe message boxWhere: bottom of the screen
Type or dictate in plain words. Drag in photos, screenshots, PDFs and files so Claude can see them.
- Clip comingPick the modelWhere: the menu next to the message box
Opus for big builds and hard thinking. Sonnet for everyday work. Haiku for quick edits.
Try: ask "which model should I use for this?"
- Clip comingSide panel and previewWhere: opens on the right while you work
Claude shows you the page, file or email it made, before anything goes live.
Try: "show me a preview first." You can also click the globe icon.
- Clip comingThe browserWhere: the browser built into the app, or Claude in Chrome
Claude clicks, types and reads websites for you. The Capabilities part goes deeper.
Try: "open my website and tell me what's broken."
- Clip comingMemoryWhere: Settings
Rules and facts Claude keeps between chats, like "always show me a preview first".
Try: save your rules (Module 5).
- Clip comingScheduled tasksWhere: the sidebar in Code
Jobs on a timer, like a morning brief. Your computer has to be awake when they run.
Try: the morning brief you build in Module 4.
- Clip comingRemote ControlWhere: Settings
This lets you control your Claude Code sessions from your phone.
Try: start a build, then check on it from your phone.
Business check-intap, don't type
Before you set anything up, let's look at your business. No spreadsheets. Just tap what's true. Your picks stay in this browser only.

Tasks you spend the most time on, and things you want to implement in your business but you’ve been putting off for months
Your planwhat you'll build, and how
Your course pathfive yes or no questions
These five questions decide which version of each part you see (for example, move your site over, or build it from scratch). Software you picked has already filled in some answers. Change any of them. Your picks stay in this browser only.
Your daily briefeverything comes to you
What you'll buildA morning email that lands in your inbox before you start the day: today's calendar, the emails that need a reply, and your to-do list, on one screen.
None of this needed an app. It's Claude, your email and calendar connected, and a small script on a timer.
This is the brief you'll grow. Every build in this course ends with a line that adds one more section to it, and Module 12 puts it all together.
Build yoursstart with the brief
Every weekday at 7am, email me a brief: today's calendar, emails that need a reply, and my to-do list. Keep it to one screen. Run it as a small script on a timer, not an AI task.
Make one to-do list file for me. Anything that needs me, from any chat, goes on it with a due date. Read it at the start of each chat.
Go through my inbox from the last 3 days. Draft replies for anything that needs one, but don't send anything. List them for me to approve.
Good to know: anything on a timer only runs while your computer is awake.
